AWSA: Nominate A Child

Overview

Do you feel left out during an end of year/ end of season award ceremony? Has playing your sport changed and or improved aspects of your life and behaviour? Do you feel your contribution to your team has gone un-noticed? Do you feel upset, confused, discouraged, losing zeal to continue the sport you love? This is your opportunity to get nominated for our Achievers’ Within Sports Award, celebrating the achiever in You. We are keen to give you the red-carpet reception.

This is our Inaugural Award ceremony.

Criteria:

• You must satisfy one or more of the situations in the overview
• Get nominated by someone who is not your parent(s)/ guardian(s)
• You must be in the U8, U9, U10, U11, & U12 and have participated in your sport within the last one- or two-years ending June 2025.
• Living in Fenland or Cambridgeshire area of East of England is an added advantage
• Being a child in care or looked after child will be an added advantage

Award winners will be announced in the last week of August 2025. There are ten Sports Award available.
